When you select "Sell" or "Sell Property" you will be taken to this screen where you will have to first select the type of property you are uploading by clicking on the appropriate icon:

On the next screen click on the state your property is located in:

If you are not yet logged in you will be asked to at this point. If you are not yet registered you will have to click on "Register Now" fill in the form and follow the registration procedure. If you are registered simply type in your registered email address and the password you selected and click the "Login" button:

If you get returned to the home page after logging in you will have to click on "Sell Property" again and you will have to follow the same steps. The login screen will now not appear any more and you will be taken to the "Add Property Details" page where you will fill in/select the properties details:

In the "Property Images" part you will be able to select images of your property (they will be uploaded later). Simply click on the "Browse" button and locate the picture you want to upload as your main picture in the location you saved it to on your computer, select it and click on the open button. Repeat the process with the other images:

In this part you can in detail describe your property to your seller by simply ticking the relevant boxes of the features of your property. You can tick multiple boxes. Remember the better you describe your property the more likely you will attract the right buyer:

Any other features of your property and what is the property close to can be ticked in this next part:

Once you have ticked all the relevant boxes and you are happy with all the information you have supplied you simply click on the submit button to upload the property to the website.

IMPORTANT!
As you are uploading pictures in the process, the time that it takes to upload a property depends on many factors as the speed of your computer, the speed of your internet connection, the size of the pictures you are uploading. This process can take up to 10 minutes so please be patient!

You can edit any of the above details except the address of the property anytime by logging in and selecting "My Property" in the top toolbar
